Art and creativity sessions

“The arts are a critical component of healthcare. Expressive art is a tool to explore, develop and practice creativity as a means to wellness.”

~ Wellarts Association

“Art is unquestionably one of the purest and highest elements in human happiness. It trains the mind through the eye, and the eye through the mind. As the sun colors flowers, so does art color life.”

~John Lubbock (1834-1913), “The Pleasures of Life”

Daily meditation and yoga practices

Meditation and yoga have been practiced for hundreds of years as a direct path to happiness and wellbeing.

During your stay you will be given the opportunity to explore a wide range of practices to discover which one is right for you.

Sober situations

We believe rehab shouldn’t be a “bubble” and when you leave us we ensure that you will feel comfortable in your own skin in any given situation. We regularly go bowling, and to the cinema and meals out – you will still be “going out” every Friday and Saturday night! To learn to enjoy yourself without alcohol is often a hurdle for some people and our activities co-ordinator is very passionate about smashing this notion.
