Governance
Prairie Center Health Systems, Inc. (Prairie Center) is incorporated as a not-for-profit agency in the state of Illinois. This corporation is organized under the leadership of a 16-member volunteer Board of Directors. Membership on the governing Board is drawn from a cross section of individuals, representative of the communities and persons that the agency serves. The business of the organization is guided by its Constitution and By-Laws. Officers of the Board of Directors include: President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary. The Board also employs a Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Bruce Suardini, who administers the agency.
